Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Cancelation Policy
24 hour minimum notice is requested to cancel a session.
Client will be charged for session. However, client will have 30 days from date of cancelation to reschedule with time and date of make-up session at the discretion of Blockchain Basketball LLC. After the 30 days, client will NOT be able to the credit of session(s) available for future use.
Refund Policy
At Blockchain Basketball LLC your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, sometimes there are instances when a refund is necessary.
- Client decides, after purchase, but before the first session, not to participate. A full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
- Client requests refund for sessions not attended due to illness, or circumstances beyond control. A full refund of the remaining purchased balance will be issued within 14 business days.
- Blockchain Baskeball LLC issues NO refund due to client’s unwillingness to meet minimal standard of showing up at the mutually agreed meeting times, essentially, a no call/no show.
- There are unforeseen circumstances either the client or Blockchain Basketball LLC that are unique to the situation at hand. Issue of full, partial, or no refund will be assessed accordingly.

Blockchain Basketball LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
